This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Relief and You Foundation (RAY) manages the shipment and delivery of physical items, including donor appreciation gifts, wellness kits, educational materials, or any merchandise distributed as part of our programs.

1. Scope

This policy applies only to physical items sent by Relief and You Foundation to donors, volunteers, partners, or participants who receive items as part of our campaigns, events, or appreciation programs.

2. Order Confirmation

• Relief and You Foundation will confirm the shipment of any physical items via email or phone when possible.
• We request accurate shipping addresses and contact details at the time of donation, registration, or request to ensure successful delivery.

3. Shipping Methods

• Shipments will be sent via recognized courier or postal services within India.
• International shipments, if any, will be sent through trusted international courier partners.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic shipments typically take between 7 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
• International deliveries may take longer and are subject to customs clearance and international shipping times, typically 14 to 30 working days.

5. Shipping Charges

• Relief and You Foundation covers the shipping costs for donor appreciation gifts and program materials unless otherwise stated.
• In rare cases where shipping fees apply, they will be clearly communicated in advance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only to the addresses provided at the time of request or registration.
• Relief and You Foundation reserves the right to refuse shipment if the address is incomplete or incorrect.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• While we take care to securely package items, Relief and You Foundation is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier or postal services.

8. Changes to Shipping Address

• Any changes to shipping details must be communicated to Relief and You Foundation prior to shipment.
